KAV - (Patrick) appeared at an Inquiry hearing on 11 December 2017 during the Phase 2 Investigations into Care Homes run by Catholic Orders. He appeared in relation to Smyllum Orphanage which was run by the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul.
