Evidence Day 521 Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry

Closing submissions for Crossreach/ Church of Scotland (CoS), the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh, Loaningdale School Company, Dr Guthrie’s Schools’ Association, Rossie Young People’s Trust, Aberdeen City Council, Inverclyde Council and Kibble Education and Care Centre as part of the Phase 8 case study were heard at an Inquiry Hearing on 13 February 2025. 

Evidence was heard from Mr Brodie for Crossreach/ Church of Scotland (CoS), Mr David Blair for the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh and Loaningdale School Company, Mr Haywood for Dr Guthrie’s Schools’ Association and Rossie Young People’s Trust, Mr McKenzie for Aberdeen City Council, Mr Scott Blair for Inverclyde Council and Mr Gray for Kibble Education and Care Centre.
